Step 1: Determine Client Needs

Through an introductory consultation, we identify the client’s unique practice needs, workflow and goals. A job description is provided by the client to outline the required responsibilities and skills for the virtual assistant role.

Step 2: Candidate Selection

A qualified, experienced virtual assistant is carefully selected from our talent pool based on alignment with the job description and requirements outlined. Top candidates are interviewed by the client to select the best fit.

Step 3: Agreement

Contract details such as services, responsibilities, pricing are discussed and finalized.

Step 4: Assigning Customer Success Manager(CSM)

A dedicated CSM is assigned for personalized support. The CSM will oversee seamless onboarding, and then conduct regular check-ins to get feedback on performance, ensure expectations are being met and address any concerns that arise.

Step 5: Training, Onboarding, Reporting and Evaluation

The selected virtual assistant undergoes comprehensive training on the practice’s systems,processes and patient care protocols.Daily or weekly reports of the accomplished tasks are sent by the VA to client to help them assess the performance of their outsourced staff.

Feedback is used to refine and continuously improve service delivery. The CSM works closely with the client and VA to optimize processes, ensuring an exceptional experience to deliver maximum client satisfaction.
